Iryna Kozakova (owner)
Born in Ukraine, I moved to the United States with my family in 2009. From my early years I was passionate about how the human body works and how fearfully and wonderfully we are made. I started my massage practice when I was 14. My mother was my first massage teacher and my first client. She is a massage therapist herself and she has been my great inspiration throughout the years. When I was still in middle school, I read a book "New Start" by Vernon Foster. From that very young age, I decided I will dedicate my life to helping other people. 
After I moved to the US, I went to Healing Arts Massage Institute. I completed a massage therapy program and started working for Massage Envy. After Massage Envy I worked for Physical Therapy Clinic as a massage therapist. In 2021 I finally start off my own massage studio and very excited to provide my clients with quality massage techniques. 
My practice is based on activation of parasympathetic nervous system, which decreases level of cortisol hormone, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.
